Spiritual Companioning is a mentoring relationship that allows you to explore your life journey with a caring listener in a safe environment .Consider spiritual guidance: when you would like a safe, confidential place to share your hopes, joys, struggles, and losses; when you would like a listening presence in navigating your way through life's transitions; when you would like to discover how God is present in your life; when you would like to reflect on anything that impacts your life, relationships, faith and values; when you would like someone to support you and walk with you when faced with life's challenges and difficult choices.
Holy Family's spiritual companions are active parishioners and trained professionals who have had a minimum of two full years of course work and preparation. Sessions last an hour and may occur once a month or more often if one chooses. First sessions are offered at no charge. A donation based on a sliding scale is requested for subsequent sessions .
