Guest Speaker: Sr. Clare Fitzgerald, SSND, May 7, 2008
Join us for this inspiring evening. Sister Clare will talk about Catholic Culture and Leadership, focusing on the following: Situating Education in Contemporary Culture; Leading in a Changing World, Transforming Culture Throught Education; Identifying the Critical Educational Challenges. Sister Clare is a nationally recognized leader in Catholic education. A native of Boston, Sister Clare is a member of the School Sisters of Notre Dame. Her life's work exemplifies the best in Catholic leadership. Long has she been an advocate and champion for Catholic schools and their impact on children, families, and this nation. Nationally, she has held leadership positions that include president of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious and appointee to the Vatican Commission on the Study of Religious Life.
