COME / FIRST SERVE BASIS... GET YOUR REGISTRATION IN EARLY!

Please note that submission of this registration does not
AUTOMATICALLY register you as a parishioner. 
If you would like more information about becoming a parishioner
of Holy Family please contact parish office at 847-359-0042..

Families that withdraw from the program must notify the Faith
Office no later than November 16, 2012 in order to receive a refund. 
Upon withdrawal by November 16, 2012,
a $50 non-refundable administrative fee will be retained
for 1st child registered and an additional $25
for each child thereafter within a family.

PLEASE do not let cost be a prohibitive
factor in the faith development of your child(ren). Contact Laura in the Family

PROGRAMS BEGIN THE LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER

Grades Pre-K and Kindergarten (ages 3-6)
Adam’s Apple program – Beginning religious educational experiences for three-year old,
four-year old and Kindergarten children during the Sunday 9am and 11am Masses.

Grades 1 – 6
Gathered at Table – meets after the 9am Mass on the first 3 Sundays of the month. 
Parents come for one of the sessions and families gather together for one of the
sessions.  Children participate in grade level groups also.
Families are encouraged to go to the 9am Sunday Mass, which precedes this program.
 
Faith Alive – meets on Mondays or Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6pm. 
Children meet together for a “teaching time” and are then dismissed to level
learning centers led by parish catechists.

CFM Faith –Meets on Friday nights, 6:45 to 8:45 pm, usually 3 times per month.
This is a multi-aged, Bible-based curriculum for Grades 1 through 12 and the entire family.  Membership in Christian Family Ministry required.
