Programs Description...
Grades Pre-K and Kindergarten (ages 3-6)
- Adam’s Apple – for children Pre-K and K; meets during the 9:00am or 11:00am Sunday Masses.
Grades 1 – 6
- Gathered at Table – meets after the 9:00am Mass on Sunday morning 3 times per month. Parents come for one of the sessions and families gather together for one of the sessions. Children participate in grade level groups also.
- Faith ALIVE – meets on Mondays or Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:00pm at Holy Family. Children in grades 1-6 will meet together for a “teaching time” done by one of Holy Family Staff members, or other trained personnel, and then be dismissed to level learning centers led by parish catechists. We are attempting to make it easier for families with multiple children to have all the kids meet at one time in one place.
- Home Faith – this is a special tract for families who wish to teach their children at home. Parents and children meet at Holy Family for six enrichment sessions during the year and do the rest of the program at home. Families are always invited to attend the Gathered at Table Family Festival session held the third Sunday of every month.

TUITION AND FEES…
Our tuition structure is based on parishioner status and number of children enrolled in our programs. Please note that submission of this registration does not AUTOMATICALLY register you as a parishioner. If you would like more information about becoming a parishioner
of Holy Family please contact Joyce Jelinek at 847-907-3439.
DISCOUNTS, PROCESSING FEES AND REFUNDS:
- Registrations received with full payment by June 30, 2008 will qualify for a $25.00 discount on tuition.
- Registrations received after August 31, 2008 will be charged an additional $25.00 processing fee.
- Families that withdraw from the program must notify the Faith Office no later than November 21, 2008 in order to receive a refund. Upon withdrawal by November 21, 2008, a $50 non-refundable administrative fee will be retained for 1st child registered and additional $25 for each child thereafter within a family.
