The Pastoral Care Community consists of ministers of care, support and wellness who participate in the Gospel Mission of healing and comfort. Their focus is to stand for Holy Family Community in its ministry to the sick, the burdened, the bereaved, and all who find themselves dealing with the myriad changes of adult life. At its heart, this ministry is one of supportive listening, presence, prayer and sacrament. The ministries of Pastoral Care are about walking with another when their path is difficult. |

A meeting of "Faithful and True", a spiritually based group for men struggling with sexual integrity will be meeting in breakout room 5 Monday's at 7:00 PM. This meeting is open to all men. Struggling with the death of a loved one? Give voice to your unique journeys of grief and find healing and spiritual growth.
Holy Family will once again host Season’s of Hope, a Peer Support group for the bereaved. During each of the six sessions, you will explore mourning through scripture, prayer, reflection activities and faith sharing.
Sessions begin Tuesday February 28
