The Pastoral Care Community consists of ministers of care, support, wellness and bereavement who participate in the Gospel Mission of healing and comfort. Their focus is to stand for Holy Family Community in its ministry to the sick, the burdened, the bereaved, and all who find themselves dealing with the myriad changes of adult life. At its heart, this ministry is one of supportive listening, presence, prayer and sacrament. The ministries of Pastoral Care are about walking with another when their path is difficult.
