Catechist Corner

We are always looking for adults and peers willing to share their faith with our young people.

A catechist facilitates a small group (about 12 teens) at Holy Family. Training and lesson plans are provided.

The need, especially for Catechists, is great. Typically, we need 40 Catechists each year for Junior High and High School.

Attendance at the following training and formation sessions is required.

• ALL Catechist Training
  

• Catechist Enrichment Night
  

• FLAME Retreat
  First Year is a Day Retreat, Second Year is an overnight retreat

• We also encourage our catechists to seek out additional opportunites for ongoing faith formation through involvment in Bible Journey, Bible Study, and Catholic Scripture Study.

and return it to the Faith Office.
